Cold soap is the Chinese saying of cold processsoap. Cold production is relative to the hot melt process employed in industrial soaps. After the oil and sodium hydroxide solution are mixed, a saponification reaction occurs. In addition to heating the solid grease to a liquid before mixing, it does not require high temperature heating during the soaping process. After the reaction is completed, the soap liquid is placed in the mold to be naturally dried, and after three to five weeks, the mold can be used as it is. Since the cold soap does not require high temperature heating during the soaping process, the loss of natural vitamins and nutrients can be reduced.
